For the safety of all childrens at the league, a  yearly background check is required for all coaches, assistant coaches, team moms and anyone else who will be either inside the dugouts or on the fields.

Print the background check form attached below and hand deliver it to a board member at the parks.

This is a service provided to all volunteers free of charge.
